Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Lush! Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

Order Processing Time:

Once your order is placed, we’ll begin processing it right away. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your package is dispatched.

Delivery Timeline:

Our standard delivery time is 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays, depending on your location.

Delivery Charges:

• Standard Delivery Fee: LKR 300 (islandwide)

Damages:

We take care in packaging your items, but if you receive a damaged product due to transit, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Simply email us with pictures at info@lushcosmetics.lk  and we will gladly replace the item at no extra cost, subject to approval of the claim.

International Shipping:

At this time, we only offer shipping within Sri Lanka.
